The Hermes Assistant app's use of information received from the Gmail APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use requirements. The app requests only the scopes it needs (reading/sending/organizing Gmail, reading calendar, reading/modifying the owner's Drive and documents, reading contacts, reading/editing spreadsheets) and does not use Google data to build advertising profiles.
Website visitors may request a copy or deletion of their contact-form data by emailing the address above. The app owner may revoke the app's access to any Google service at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry. Assistant data lives in the owner's own Google accounts and is governed by the retention settings of those accounts.
